摘要: Objective: To identify the frequency of intersectoral actions, social inclusion and participation, developed by community health workers (CHWs). Methods: Cross-sectional, descriptive qualitative study, with data collection performed at Regional Management Collegiate (RMG) Alto Capivari, in state Sao Paulo, Brazil. Questionnaires were self-filled 81 (CHWs), comprising questions about five skills proposed Ministry Health for CHWs: Team integration population; planning evaluation; promotion; prevention monitoring environmental hazard; specific groups morbidities. Results: Intersectoral participation are still under construction Capivari RMC, pointing out that there difficulties implementing these actions. It is observed initiatives CHWs, whereas actions identified but poorly implemented; CHWs does not occur. Conclusion: This research allowed identifying acting High RMC carry propose actions; however, executed. As do participate Local Councils.
