摘要: The use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for the assessment and treatment epilepsy has increased markedly in recent years, both clinical diagnosis basic science investigations. Attractive MRI features include (1) excellent anatomical resolution, (2) multiple data acquisition options that emphasize different tissue (e.g., local viscosity, water diffusion-weighted (DWI), or blood flow), (3) non-invasive serial same subject, (4) derivation physiological information, (5) multifeature analyses from a single dataset. In this article we review how have used experimental animal models to evaluate progressive nature examine potential new therapies.
