摘要: The gastrointestinal tract, affecting more than 90% of patients, is the internal organ most frequently involved in systemic sclerosis. Any part tract can be affected, from mouth to anus. Patients often experience reduced quality life and impaired social life. Although only 8% have severe involvement, mortality high those patients. Recent studies on pathophysiology disease highlight new mechanisms explain dysmotility, but treatment remains symptomatic. This article reviews discusses investigation management disease.
