摘要: The period of immune programming during early life presents a critical window opportunity for the prevention allergic diseases. There is mounting evidence that inappropriate may involve disruption specific epigenetic modifications (switches) at immune-related genes. This novel area research has great potential, as changes are known to be sensitive environmental factors and therefore provide mechanistic link observed association between cues, faulty development, risk disease. In addition, dynamic potentially reversible nature offers targets therapeutic and/or preventative interventions. We review (1) failure up-regulate interferon gamma (IFNγ) response infancy an important determinant disease, (2) expression IFNγ gene in naive T-cells regulated by mechanisms, (3) associated with low microbial exposure. Taken together, these lines suggest exposure increases disease reducing demethylation (activation) T-cells.
