摘要: With technological advances, multi-gene panel testing has become increasingly used to identify patients at risk for hereditary breast cancer (HBC). There are currently evidence-based interventions and screening strategies that exist prevention early detection among with HBC. Moreover, in addition the personal impact of identifying HBC, this information may be shared at-risk family members amplify benefits subsequent care those high risk. Opportunities challenges utilization updated including: (a) tumor sequencing germline consequences; (b) genetic counseling implications; (c) improve communication test results will reviewed. advances expansion testing, all health providers need on both importance complexities HBC order optimize patient care.
