摘要: The distribution of actin stress fibers in normal and regenerating (after endothelial denudation by means a balloon catheter) rabbit aortic cells has been studied immunofluorescence with human autoantibodies on en face cell preparations. Our results show that: (i) under conditions is accumulated as network at the periphery cells. Stress are present only located immediately below intercostal artery branches; (ii) develop early during regeneration persist after end mitotic motile activities; (iii) orientation within cytoplasm follows direction blood flow, exception situated edge wound, when progression toward denuded area well activity have ceased. We conclude that an organelle vivo they reorganize adaptation to unfavorable or pathological situations.
