摘要: Abstract Fractal/multifractal modeling of geochemical data is an interesting topic in the field applied geochemistry. Identification weak anomalies for mineral exploration covered areas one most challenging tasks utilization data. In this study, three fractal models, consisting concentration–area (C–A), spectrum–area (S–A) and singularity index models were to identify area located Chaobuleng Fe polymetallic district, Inner Mongolia (China). The results show that (1) grassland cover weakens concentrations elements; (2) C–A model has a limitation areas; (3) S–A powerful tool decompose mixed patterns into anomaly map varied background but suffers edge effects irregular shaped study area; (4) useful anomalies.
