摘要: The invention includes a trialkylsilane comprising hydrocarbon backbone including one to ten carbon atoms; terminal trialkylsilyl moiety having at least two alkyl groups independently six and silyl that has hydrolyzable group bound silicon of the moiety. At may substituted with halogen, is preferably perfluoroalkyl group. also provides methods producing trialysilane substrates trialkysilane invention, as well columns for use in chromatographic applications.
