摘要: The effects of activated lymphocytes were studied in the regulation vitro hematopoiesis. Peripheral blood stimulated by concanavalin A (Con A) cocultured with normal bone marrow cells assay system hematopoietic stem cells. Con-A-stimulated and their supernatants showed significant suppression growth myeloid erythroid progenitor (CFU-C, CFU-E, BFU-E). Suppressive activity detected T-cell fraction was completely abolished treatment OKT3 or OKT8 monoclonal antibody complement 20 Gy radiation but not OKT4 OKIa1 complement. These observations indicate that peripheral can be induced Con-A stimulation to become suppressor T for are positive, Ia negative, radiosensitive. Together our previous observation CFU-C alloantigen radioresistant OKT8- Ia-positive cells, it is suggested hematopoiesis may regulated heterogeneous subpopulations T-lymphocytes.
