摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship quality coronal restoration and root canal obturation on radiographic periapical status endodontically treated teeth. Full-mouth radiographs from randomly selected new patient folders at Temple University Dental School were examined. first 1010 teeth restored with a permanent evaluated independently by two examiners. Post core type restorations excluded. According predetermined standard set criteria, technical filling each tooth scored as either good (GE) or poor (PE), similarly (GR) (PR). apical one-third surrounding structures then radiographically periradicular categorized (a) absence inflammation (API) (b) presence (PPI). rate API for all 61.07%. GR resulted in significantly more cases than GE, 80% versus 75.7%. PR PPI PE, 30.2% 48.6%. combination GE had highest 91.4%, higher PE 18.1%.
