摘要: Details of emission and excitation spectra powder phosphors were obtained at various temperatures between 6 K room temperature. The consist six groups lines located about 565, 605, 650, 710, 790 900 nm 300 K. position each line shifts slightly towards shorter wavelengths in the order, MgS:Sm 3+ , CaS:Sm SrS:Sm BaS:Sm . first five are assigned to transitions from 4 G 5/2 state H J ( =5/2, 7/2, 9/2, 11/2, 13/2) states last group F =1/2, 3/2, 5/2) a Sm ion. processes explained as being due three transitions; (i) within f 5 configuration ion, (ii) electronic →4 ·5 d transition ion (iii) fundamental absorption host crystal, followed by transfer energy an unexcited
