摘要: This invention provides an information transmitting system using television luminance signal, including a data detecting stage for according to the change of amplitude signal by comparing level averaged in one field frame with that another after separating and averaging processing extracted said stage. By carrying out character transmission, easy data-receiving without additional receiving may be attained applied conventional TV at low price virtue simple circuit composition possible present invention.
