摘要: Abstract A comparison is made between lineament analyses from side-looking radar (SLAR)imagery, LANDSAT and aerial photographs an area on the Lamurde anticline (Benue Valley) of ring dyke complexes (Jos Plateau), Nigeria. Fault lineaments are, in general, well expressed airborne with exception those orientated parallel or subparallel to look direction. Look direction incidence angle influence detectability. Specifically oriented perpendicular Sun azimuth image were over-represented. LANDSAT, SLAR can be used a complementary way; first two for reconnaisance-type surveys analysis, third detailed surveying.
