摘要: Healthcare organizations worldwide are faced with the growing challenge of introducing structural and technological reforms cost-effective IT solutions that will transform traditional structure healthcare provision. Current developments have shed optimistic light on future in healthcare. This paper introduces a 'Pay-per-use' concept delivery services, which could prove appropriate for small country like State Kuwait. The research question is directed towards appropriateness usefulness such concept. need effective efficient services health implies to establish paradigm investment, communication, technology, platform, database, application-independent. grounded theory (GT) forms basis new concept, using social context referring typical clinical scenario. process fundamental GT provides specific systematic approach understand medical work network relationships among entities. Interpretations analysis data facilitates clearer understanding concepts categories enables formulation model architecture. Kuwait example rapidly advancing IT, where can be put test within required infrastructure development beneficial system country.
