Microwave Monolithic Devices Using Magnetic Hard–Soft Nanocomposite

摘要: Microwave magnetic devices have a major impact on the development of microwave technology. Ferromagnetic soft and hard ferrites are special interest in order to make these devices. We synthesized hard–soft nanocomposites using barium hexaferrite (BaM)/yttrium iron garnets (YIG) at different ratios hydrothermal technique. The composites deposited coplanar waveguide (CPW) by medium-voltage electrophoresis method. CPW then tested for their notch-filter phase shifter characteristics. band-reject filter’s response over wide frequency range with applied fields (H) from 0 12 kOe was investigated. attenuation increases increase operating having tuning range: 1–30 GHz, bandwidth 15 dB: 3.2 GHz tunability: 2.37 GHz/kOe. For shifter, influence material studied two regions (at 9 30 GHz) one below another above ferromagnetic resonance. In high-frequency region GHz), optimal differential shift increased 40°/cm 0.5BaM/0.5YIG-based highest field value.
