摘要: Surgeons dealing with patients undergoing revision knee arthroplasties may have to deal osseous defects. The management of these defects is dependent on their size and location. Small be amenable morsellized allograft or augments wedges that are an integral part modern systems. In the face massive bone loss structural allografts custom mega prostheses a viable alternative. this chapter, we will evaluate classification bony in total arthroplasty, review pathogenesis destruction, appraise treatment options for defects, outline techniques results options.
