Ovarian stimulation and exogenous progesterone affect the endometrial miR-16-5p, VEGF protein expression, and angiogenesis

摘要: Abstract Angiogenesis, where vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is critically involved, an important in endometrial receptivity. Angio-miRNAs form a special class of microRNAs (miRNAs) that target angiogenic genes and regulate angiogenesis. Various studies have shown ovarian stimulation exogenous progesterone affect density. The present research aimed to assess the impact HMG/HCG on miR-16-5p, VEGF protein expression, angiogenesis mouse endometrium during preimplantation period. Forty adult female mice were divided into four groups: 1) control, 2) (HMG 48 h after HCG IP), 3) (progesterone IP for 3 days), 4) + IP) + (progesterone 3 days) groups.The sacrificed 96 h following administration. CD31-positive cell (Endothelial cell) density specified.The results showed density,VEGF protein, miR-16-5p expression increased all treatment groups, with maximum increase belonging group. This study provides evidence administration enhance through upregulation. Furthermore, except other miRNAs molecules appear be involved pathways, thereby requiring further studies.
