摘要: Acinic cell carcinoma (ACC) is a neoplasm of low-grade malignancy and composed cells differentiated towards serous acinar cells. Its original description was provided by Nasse in 1892. Originally this considered benign its malignant behaviour first described the early 1950’s. Later studies confirmed potential, regarded to be between that adenoma carcinoma. It therefore termed acinic tumour WHO classification 1972. Further series were published again terminology correctly revised second 1991. The with differentiation contain cytoplasmic zymogen secretory granules may appear similar those seen normal salivary gland tissue or vacuolated show clear differentiation. A fourth type present non-specific glandular cell. These different are arranged four growth patterns, microcystic, solid, papillary-cystic follicular, combinations thereof.
