摘要: Primary hydatid cyst of adrenal gland is still an exceptional localization. The uncommon site even in our country which echinococcal disease endemic. We report two cases primary presented with isolated abdominal pain. diagnosis was based on CT-scan, showed a cystic mass respectively the right and left calcified wall. immunologic test (Elisa) positive one case. surgical treatment consisted total resection cyst, without rupture wall preserving gland. confirmed macroscopic examination resected pieces. In first case multilocular filled daughter cysts second unilocular membrane clear fluid. cases, postoperative course uneventful. No recurrence had occurred after 24 months 36 follow up.
