摘要: We have developed surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry using zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles with anisotropic shapes (ZnO-SALDI-MS). The spectra showed low background noises in the m/z, i.e. less than 500 u region. Thus, we succeeded SALDI ionization on molecular weight organic compounds, such as verapamil hydrochloride, testosterone, and polypropylene glycol (PPG) (average 400) without a liquid matrix or buffers citric acids. In addition, found that ZnO-SALDI has advantages post-source decay (PSD) analysis produced simple spectrum for phospholipids. synthetic polymers of polyethylene (PEG), polystyrene (PS) polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) sensitivity distribution to be comparable matrix-assisted (MALDI) 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (DHB) matrix. shows good performance well compounds.
