摘要: The paper examines public policy in the European Union (EU) by drawing upon conceptual framework of transfer, which has been recently refined comparativists, and concept isomorphism developed within organizational theory. Three case studies EU transfer - namely monetary policy, tax media ownership are discussed for assessing potential analysis diffusion. author argues that institutions, have a serious political limitation terms legitimacy, stimulate catalysing isomorphic processes. Typically, diffuses throughout solutions already place one member state. By contrast, is severely constrained when there no national cases to be imitated. In this circumstance, however, most notably Commission, can overcome problem "inseminating" into systems.
