摘要: Using a traD overexpression plasmid, we purified the F sex factor TraD protein in milligram quantities. The has an apparent molecular weight of 82,000 and amino acid composition rich acidic residues. specific antibodies, was localized to inner membrane F+ cells under conditions where it is produced physiologically normal amounts. Furthermore, soluble only presence detergents, but there evidence that carboxyl terminus water-soluble. shows pH-sensitive binding DNA cellulose columns.
