摘要: This study examined the effects of phytohormone-producing Pseudomonas extremorientalis TSAU6 and plant growth regulators indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) gibberellic (GA) on parameters jew’s mallow (Corchorus olitorius L.) under salt stress conditions. The inoculated seeds with IAA- GA-producing P. strain significantly increased root length by 45 %, shoot 84 fresh weight 28 % at 100 mM NaCl compared to uninoculated control plants. All concentrations IAA GA showed stimulatory effect seedling nonsaline Plant growth-promoting properties in pot experiments saline soil that TSAU 6 21 dry matter 18 %. Based results, it may be concluded integrative use could an eco-friendly strategy for increasing development condition. It is also indicated such as auxins gibberellins play important role salinity tolerance.
