摘要: Syndecan-4 (SDC4), expressed on dendritic cells (DCs) and activated T cells, plays a crucial role in DC motility has been shown as potential target for T-cell-driven diseases. In the present study, we investigate of SDC4 development T-helper 2 cell-mediated allergic asthma. Using SDC4-deficient mice or an anti-SDC4 antibody show that absence blocking signalling ovalbumin-sensitized results reduced asthma phenotype compared with control animals. Most importantly, even established is significantly decreased using antibody. The disturbed leads to impaired directional migration antigen-presenting DCs therefore, modified sensitization leading diminished airway inflammation. Our demonstrate important induction indicate possible therapeutic intervention this disease.
