摘要: Abstract In the past few years, xylooligosaccharides produced from lignocellulosic biomass have attracted great attention. Enzyme catalysis is widely used because of its mild reaction conditions. order to solve shortcomings poor stability and high cost enzyme, a carrier-free enzyme immobilization technology was introduced. For this purpose, protein-polymer conjugates, kinds immobilized enzymes, were first established by growing poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) chains on xylanase using grafting-from method, obtain reusable high-value xylanase. SDS-PAGE circular dichroism spectra showed successful preparation xylanase-PNIPAAm integrity protein secondary structure. The remaining activity conjugates after heat treatment (90 °C) for 60 min approximately 20 % higher than that free xylanase, pH obtained in range 2−8. more recycling 5 times. addition, mulberry bark synergistic treated cellulase studied. More 99.95 yield XOS degree polymerization 1–3 bark. Overall, construction provides novel method produce waste biomass.
