摘要: Elastic properties are of particular interest during the development tablets especially for definition formulation and process parameters. Impulse excitation, which is used in several industrial fields to determine elastic materials, presented this article as a new fast relatively cheap technology determination constants pharmaceutical tablets. This technique based on detection natural resonance frequencies solids. It was found present work that, obtained using different products under compaction pressures, it possible detect clearly at least 3 frequencies. Moreover, shape peaks spectrum could be sign viscoelastic nature tablet. With two first frequencies, possible, assumption isotropy, calculate Young's modulus Poisson's ratio each tablet methodology norm ASTM E1876-01. The values were independent size expected, consistent with those literature other methodologies. FEM simulation, that difference between experimental value third frequency numerically well correlated expected anisotropy excitation thus an interesting study anisotropy.
