摘要: The fibrin matrix is fundamentally formed by the polymerization of fibrinogen and thrombin in blood plasma. It a natural biopolymeric material to widely investigate for various tissue regenerations due good biocompatibility, rapid biodegradability, easy fabrication. In particular, conjugated bioactive molecules with can promote morphogenesis or maturation after cell adhesion on matrices, migration, proliferation, differentiation. Using these physiological properties cell-material interactions, matrices have been utilized engineering applications such as skin tissue, cardiovascular musculoskeletal nerve preclinical clinical situations. This chapter demonstrates its therapeutic strategies.
