Augusta, GA: Washington Summit Publishers.] and Vanhanen & Vanhanen, T., IQ global inequality. concluded that average Black population sub-Saharan Africa lies below 70. In this paper, authors systematically review published empirical data on performance Africans following tests: Draw-A-Man (DAM) test, Kaufman-Assessment Battery for Children (K-ABC), Wechsler scales (WAIS WISC), other tests (but not Raven's tests). Inclusion exclusion criteria are explicitly discussed. Results show these is approximately 82 when compared to UK norms. We provide estimates per country alternative inclusion criteria. Our estimate converges with finding national IQs African countries as predicted from international studies student achievement around 82. It suggested should be considered light Flynn Effect. more psychometric needed address issue measurement bias western Africans.
