摘要: Kampala, the capital city of Uganda is administrative, political, commercial, industrial, educational and cultural centre Uganda. The has an area 190 km2 located 8 km north Lake Victoria (the second largest fresh water lake in world) approximately 42 equator. population varies from about 1.2 million during day to perhaps 0.9 at night. anthropogenic activityof this far exceeds infrastructure capacity city, leading deterioration urban environment. This article highlights major sources environmental degradation pollution which include solid waste,abattoir waste, sewage, sanitation, drainage, industrial pollution, traffic atmospheric agriculture, rapid urbanisation hyacinth.
