摘要: Nowadays most of the protocols used in biotechnology can be fully simulated and checked in-silico before being carried out in-vitro. Given high level complexity molecular phenomena involved such it has been observed that a consistent amount money saved by both designing simulating strategies like cloning minimizes probability man-made error to occur. This aspect became especially relevant with advent disciplines synthetic biology strongly relying on protocols. Here we propose new software package intended provide biologists an off-the-shelf tool simulate widely everyday lab practice. describe routines meant assist researchers through whole experiment: from strategy design alignment predicted actual results. Cues for further research this field are provided final part manuscript.
