摘要: A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the analysis of eight anticoagulant rodenticides in animal liver. Coumarinic (brodifacoum, bromadiolone, coumachlor, coumatetralyl, difenacoum, and warfarin) were detected by using a gradient elution fluorimetric detection. Indanedione (chlorophacinone diphacinone) an isocratic UV Anticoagulants extracted from liver with mixtures acetone/diethylether acetone/chloroform. Extracts applied to solid-phase extraction cartridges. Linearity checked over concentration range 0.1-0.6 microgram/g. Relative standard deviations within-run between-run variability all between 5.7 10.3%. Recoveries spiked samples 51.7 (difenacoum) 78.2% (warfarin). Limits detection 0.01 (difenacoum 0.11 microgram/g (chlorophacinone).
