摘要: Tissues from tumor patients are important resources for promoting cancer research, and therefore many biobanks have been established to collect tissues; however, the quality of tissues after surgical resection has not well documented. A total 896 cases 12 types tumors were chosen this study. First, histopathological examination was conducted evaluate cell content; second, microchip electrophoresis used determine RNA integrity number (RIN) in 466 with a content ≥ 75%; and, finally, correlation test analyze effect ischemia on 384 recorded time. Tumor different organs had contents integrity. The liver highest percentage (69.7%) tissue samples ≥ 75%, (96%) an RIN ≥ 7. correlated limited ex vivo time (5–60 min) any tumors. In contrast, significant observed several Not every sample excised sufficient amount cells enough more influence integrity, tolerances pre-analytical variables. Those conducting translational research should pay attention variables when collecting utilizing tissues.
