摘要: Abstract Attempts have been made towards the synthesis of nano-alumina powder through conventional combustion (CCS) method. Detailed evaluation process parameters has done XRD and SEM, on as-synthesized powders. The (−γ phase) were used for developing ceramic spacers thermal insulation application under load. densification mechanical strength components consolidated from alumina powders measured. results shown that as-fabricated based high structural integrity at green stage (∼65%) with 2 wt.% nano γ-alumina, significant (∼230 MPa) excellent shock resistance (functional testing ∼1400 °C temperature 50 T dynamic load). comprehensive study fabrication illustrated.
