摘要: Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder in the endocrine system and characterized by varied complex pathophysiology. World-wide there dramatic increase number of patients for type 2 diabetes, hence it becoming serious threat to health mankind. Commercially large drugs belonging different classes such as biguanides, sulfonylureas, meglitinides thiazolidinediones are available control treat diabetic patients. However, none these known completely cure phenotype. On other hand, long term usage exhibits several side effects complications organs body which ultimately lead cardiovascular problems, liver disease, kidney disease weight gain too. Like many drugs, anti-diabetic also interfere interact with non if patient taking them time. To combat complementary treatments may be found preventive measure more promising management phenotypes As per reports from studies, therapies include physical exercise, dietary supplements Nutraceuticals.
