摘要: “More African Americans are under the control of criminal justice system today – in prison or jail, on probation parole than were enslaved 1850. Discrimination housing, education, employment, and voting rights, which many thought was wiped out by civil rights laws 1960s, is now perfectly legal against anyone labeled a “felon.” And since more people color whites made felons entire mass incarceration, racial discrimination remains as powerful it slavery post-slavery era Jim Crow segregation.”
