Discrimination housing, education, employment, and voting rights, which many thought was wiped out by civil rights laws 1960s, is now perfectly legal against anyone labeled a “felon.” And since more people color whites made felons entire mass incarceration, racial discrimination remains as powerful it slavery post-slavery era Jim Crow segregation.”
