摘要: Summary This paper proposed the placement of multi unified power flow controllers (UPFCs) using system critical modes and residue factor to increase damping electromechanical oscillations in system. For this purpose, are used determine number UPFCs their optimal locations determined factor. Also, dynamic model UPFC, which is consists a voltage source current for small signal stability analysis. To control parameters model, supplementary controller designed applied. Detection input based on participation factor, simple effective method. Finally, method investigated IEEE 39-bus results presented.
