摘要: This work compares the outcome of Cost Benefit Analysis and a Multi-Criteria method when applied to transport project. The Analytic Hierarchy Process was used, utilising two approaches derive weights. Results show that did not match one suggested by Analysis, but it final decision authority. An important conclusion has do with relevance incorporating other aspects into assessment, apart from economic ones. Furthermore, public opinion should be taken account explicitly making, providing accurate timely information about projects.
