摘要: In this work, thin CdS films have been deposited using the chemical bath deposition technique (CBD). Different synthesis parameters, such as number of runs, time, and postannealing temperature, are studied optimized in order to avoid supersaturation phenomenon achieve a low-temperature growth. films, cubic structure, oriented along (111) direction with homogenous smooth surface, by CBD growth process without any annealing treatment. Based on set experimental observations, we show that solution saturation can be avoided if is performed several runs at short time. Throughout technique, it then possible not only overcome film thickness limitation but also grow single technological step low temperature postdeposition excellent structural quality controllable obtained when fixed 65°C. addition, exhibit an optical transmittance ranging from 70 95% depending band gap energy around 2.42 eV. The developed work might useful for depositing flexible substrates.
