摘要: The objective of this paper is to analyze the capacity small entrepreneur innovate and especially eco-innovations. a social agent embedded in given territory local community (work, family, school, so on) from which he identified by three types resources: knowledge, financial, resources; we will define more analytically their role text and, especially, key knowledge resources (informal network). We interviewed 50 entrepreneurs town Dunkirk, “heavy industrial area crisis”, located North France, identify (in resources) they are using develop eco-innovations (new products technologies).
