摘要: Abstract Temporal and spatial distribution of planktonic epiphytic microalgae coupled with environmental factors was studied at five stations in Ghar El Melh Lagoon (Tunisia). Phytoplankton monitored for a year were sampled during phases proliferation the seagrass Ruppia cirrhosa summer 2011. Microalgae assemblages dominated by dinoflagellates diatoms both water column on leaves. A significant difference found phytoplankton among seasons (i) maximum inner parts lagoon, (ii) spring–winter association majority species including dominant harmful Prorocentrum micans (iii) diatom proliferation. Redundancy analysis indicates that temperature nutrients have substantial effect distribution. Epiphyte roughly follows development cycle R. . list leaves compiled. This study highlights role dissemination lagoon's column.
