摘要: An “open” chamber for the measurement of soil CO2 efflux has been designed which utilizes an air seal to maintain pressure within 0.004 Pa atmospheric pressure, eliminating any mass flow and ensuring that fluctuations are transferred through surface. The system was used at Boreal Ecosystem-Atmosphere Study (BOREAS) southern study area old black spruce site 1994 1996 field campaigns found be robust simple use. Consistency between effluxes measured with this a closed dynamic system.
