摘要: Nanoporous gold (NPG) nanorods have recently attracted tremendous interest and research effort due to their vast applications in biomedical engineering, catalysis photonics areas. However, the rational fabrication of large volumes low-aspect-ratio NPG nanoparticles with well-defined geometries remains a difficult challenge. Here we demonstrate controllable porous by novel template-assisted electrodeposition situ fragmentation Au–Ag alloy nanowires, followed dealloying process convert resulting into desired nanorods. The thermal-induced was believed be associated Rayleigh instability nanowires confined within anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates, which has been further confirmed TEM experiments for geometrically upon Joule heating. More importantly, status nanowire-breakdown can monitored macroscopic current–voltage (I–V) measurements over-grown nanowires–AAO sandwich structure. Together one-step finishing process, our method could facilitate mass production high quality well-controlled diameters, open up many opportunities low-cost, high-throughput metallic (such as drug delivery) other applications.
