摘要: Musculoskeletal problems are commonly associated with pregnancy. Though lower extremity complaints most prevalent, upper also common. As all pregnancy-related musculoskeletal problems, disorders caused by a combination of changes in activity, physiology, and biochemical factors during pregnancy, they will frequently resolve following delivery. Nevertheless, the two major pathologies pregnancy—carpal tunnel syndrome DeQuervain’s tenosynovitis—can cause great deal dysfunction may even lead to permanent damage absence treatment. This chapter reviews scientific basis these diagnoses, including relevant anatomic structures, etiology, specific contributions physiologic We then discuss current clinical data, prevalence, typical presentation, diagnostic strategies. Lastly, we conclude suggested treatments based on recent studies our experience.
