摘要: Osteosarcoma is an aggressive cancer of the skeletal system, which associated with a poor prognosis due to high recurrence rate. Although previous studies have revealed that competitive endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) are involved in various biological processes physiology and development osteosarcoma, roles ceRNAs osteosarcoma remain largely unexplored. The present study constructed ceRNA‑ceRNA network for by systematically integrating matched expression profiles microRNAs (miRNAs/miRs) mRNAs, identified two ceRNA‑mediated modules were patients osteosarcoma. A multivariate Cox regression analysis demonstrated recurrence‑free was independent other clinical factors. In addition, hsa‑miR‑335‑3p as upstream regulating factor both modules. conclusion, results suggested may act potential therapeutic biomarkers predicting help identify at risk recurrence, who benefit from adjuvant therapy.
