摘要: The effect of water stress (excessive loss) on the post-harvest quality two leafy vegetables, Telfairia occidentalis and Pterocarpus soyauxii, at ambient (30–35°C) low temperature (10°C) was investigated in south-eastern Nigeria. seal-packaging vegetables polyethylene paper bags decline also monitored. Unsealed leaves T P soyauxii rapidly lost during storage either or temperature. There were decreases chlorophyll, protein ascorbic acid contents stressed leaves. Packaging alleviated these losses. Sealing stress.
