摘要: The surface temperature and moisture conditions at the Earth’s have important controls on land-atmosphere fluxes of energy water. Over past decade considerable research has advanced application data assimilation systems to ensure correct specification these quantities in land parameterization schemes. This chapter provides an overview primary techniques that evolved for soil into models. We conclude with examination some emerging current issues including overcoming differences between satellite-retrieved modeled moisture, strategies examine given course spatial resolution obtained near-future satellite sensors.
