摘要: The reader interested in a detailed study of grating properties and manufacturing problems can refer to several now well-known papers [6.1-3]. We must lay stress on the fact that described below are mainly those which cannot be found classical optics text books because they consequences electromagnetic theory. After lot valuable experimental verifications, this theory is used obtain numerous efficiency curves corresponding usual profiles commercial gratings. Some hints then given how use them sometimes rather unusual mountings.
