摘要: Understanding the symbiotic performance of rhizobia and responses plant root systems to mineral nutrient supply will facilitate development strategies enhance effective rhizobia-legume symbioses. Interactive effect nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), magnesium (Mg) on soybean (Glycine max L.) with Bradyrhizobium japonicum, nodulation, architecture, N concentration in tissue under hydroponic conditions were studied. Plant growth was significantly higher a high combined Mg (HNHMg) than combination P (HNHP), which attributed interaction between ions. The plants grown at low either or (LNHP, LNHMg, LNLP, LNLMg) showed nodule dry weight compared those supply. We observed that content roots shoots lower LNHP but it HNHMg indicating promotes acquisition by tissues. Neither nor shoot responded availability regardless significant positive relationships number nodules, tissues system architecture variable N, highlights importance medium regulating formation. rhizobial cells colonizing highest treatment (6.78 × 104 CFUs/cm tip), followed HNLMg (4.72 tip) LNHMg (4.10 CFU/cm treatments, lowest LNLMg (1.84 conditions. results this study contribute new insights for improvement inoculated legumes, stressing balanced nutrients.
