Towards an ICF-based clinical measure of functioning in people with ankylosing spondylitis: a methodological exploration.

摘要: Objective. To explore whether it is possible to construct clinical measures of functioning for patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) by integrating information obtained across categories the International Classification Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF).Methods. Sixty-eight ICF that were identified as relevant AS covered body functions, structures, activity participation analysed based on Rasch model ordered response options. The following properties studied: unidimensionality, reliability, fit model, appropriateness order options qualifier, targeting between person's abilities.Results.
