Coffee is a complex chemical mixture composed several chemicals. It responsible number bioactivities compounds accounting these effects. Few significant documented are antioxidant activity, anticarcinogenic antimutagenic activity etc. Various chemoprotective effects coffee mainly polyphenols including chlorogenic acids their degradation products. Others include caffeine, kahweol, cafestol, other phenolics. also shows protective or adverse on various systems like skeletal (bone) system, reproductive nervous cardiovascular homocysteine levels, cholesterol levels Harmful associated with people who sensitive stimulants.
